Confidentiality and Privacy Statement
A & B FIRST AID TRAINING PTY LTD values and is committed to protecting the privacy of its students. We collect and use student’s personal information provided on the Complaints Form to address their complaint. Access to the complaint details are restricted to authorised staff that assist in addressing the complaint. The student will receive written notification of the outcome/resolution of the complaint. Students may have the right to access the personal information we hold on them subject to any exemptions in relevant laws, by contacting us on admin@allensinstitute.com.au.
